anyone have any input of bypassing the fuel pump resistor?

just bench tested my facotry itfp and it works fine. maybe the resistor or fuel pump relays??? buy why only a 1 cell dip?

Everything else on the log stayed consistent except for the hpfp pressure. I'll boost leak test it when I put the new pump in.. just to be sure. It also sounded like the pump kicked on then cut off after like 2 seconds.. the sock was clean as a whistle this time.

Do you agree this is a fuel delivery issue and not a tiny boost leak or something.

Right. Koeo I had 12psi. 400 something at idle. Anyone have a part number for a direct replacement?

Cleaned the itfp bowl yesterday. Pulled it agsin today.. more Shiney little metal shavings.. I'm guessing it's about gone??? Mayne it was over worked from before when my sock looked like I was brewing coffee in my tank?

Swapped in new prv.. still have the same one cell dip. Noticed when I went to start the car after the swap koeo fuel pressure sat at 12psi. Ran the car same problem, 210 degrees fuel pressure setting at 68psi. Not climbing at all. Is my itfp trash?

Not like it was counting down.. more like it went back and forth between the sane 2 numbers 10 times before it dropped one full psi

This was like it was not sure if it should drop or not.

Made it to 1749 then dropped slowly. Csr was at 214 degrees when test started. Was at 205 when pressure dropped

it idled for a while before that.. ill throw the new sock in it and run it before i change the prv and test it again. hate to pull the intake..lol

it only took like 4 minutes i cant imagine it cooled down that much that quick.. i drove it for like 10 mins before.. i have one at the house.. ill swap it out this eve and put the new sock in this eve hopefully..

Didn't make it to 1800. But it did crack and bleed down. Some of what I've read says it's not necessarily getting to 1800 but the facts it actually bleeds down.. should I replace?

Prv went to 1658 held there and has started dropping

Installed my other spill valve, pulled in tank pump. There was some debris in the bowl sock looked ok. Wasn't as dirty as before I replaced it. Checked plugs. Doing prv test as I'm typing. At 1500psi and climbing
