Ok guys, so recently installed damond mounts, bnr s3 turbo, 3inch catless dp, high flow cat , full 3in after that no muffler. new plugs, act street clutch kit. and am working through the 93 tune with justin at freektune now. but after the last revision i am now getting a one cell hpfp drop ill post a log below. just trying to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. i recently replaced the fuel pump filter, i had a similar issue last year and that fixed it. also i cleaned the hpfp last eve... this problem is still active. mayPreview attachment datalog2.csv

How did you clean the hpfp and did you clean the spill valve too?

i cleaned everything with redline and whiped down lubed and reinstalled i pulled the spill valve and cleaned.. did not pull the washers and all out. did clean everything else though.. this is also a brand new pump and all.. months old.

also... just waiting on word from justin and looked back over the logs i sent him with this last revison and that blip im hpfp pressure is on those logs also... maybe it was something in the tune?

hpfp internals have siezed in occasion both CS and auto tech iirc, also I've seen some weird shit where despite taking someone's known good internals into the pump in question it's actually been something within the pump body that's gone, wondering if it's the valve on the hard-line in those cases or something blocked within the body

have you done the PRV test?

i will do the prv test this eve. its a little over a year old but i have another one at home. the whole hpfp is new.. everything also the internals.. auto tech warrantied them not even a year ago.

this exact thing happend last year and it was the sock in the tank.. there was a bunch of crap in it and in the tank.. until now ive been running e85 mix so i run it to almost empty. Maybe it picked up more of the shit in the tank and that new sock it clogged up also? there were a few bugs and a bunch of plastic shaving like from factory in it last time. ...

Installed my other spill valve, pulled in tank pump. There was some debris in the bowl sock looked ok. Wasn't as dirty as before I replaced it. Checked plugs. Doing prv test as I'm typing. At 1500psi and climbing

Didn't make it to 1800. But it did crack and bleed down. Some of what I've read says it's not necessarily getting to 1800 but the facts it actually bleeds down.. should I replace?

Try it again but you want it to get to 1800. Did it crack and drop a bunch of did the motor cool off and start dropping pressure

it only took like 4 minutes i cant imagine it cooled down that much that quick.. i drove it for like 10 mins before.. i have one at the house.. ill swap it out this eve and put the new sock in this eve hopefully..

it idled for a while before that.. ill throw the new sock in it and run it before i change the prv and test it again. hate to pull the intake..lol

Just run the test again before you throw more parts at it. It just requires sitting there

Made it to 1749 then dropped slowly. Csr was at 214 degrees when test started. Was at 205 when pressure dropped

If the valve is opening you won't get a slow drop it will drop a bunch

Not like it was counting down.. more like it went back and forth between the sane 2 numbers 10 times before it dropped one full psi

Swapped in new prv.. still have the same one cell dip. Noticed when I went to start the car after the swap koeo fuel pressure sat at 12psi. Ran the car same problem, 210 degrees fuel pressure setting at 68psi. Not climbing at all. Is my itfp trash?

When cold key on engine off you should have 60-80 psi from the in tank fuel pump

Engine running at idle you should have a couple hundred psi regardless of itfp

Cleaned the itfp bowl yesterday. Pulled it agsin today.. more Shiney little metal shavings.. I'm guessing it's about gone??? Mayne it was over worked from before when my sock looked like I was brewing coffee in my tank?
