Fuel rail pressure sensor reading 0 volts at all times.

I said all this in shout but I am going to say it again here. Check the ECU with a multimeter to make sure you are seeing actual voltage of the fuel rail pressure sensor. There is no way the ECU would know fuel pressure if it is reading 0v as fuel pressure is simply a calculation based on...

    Endgame setup- BW s257sxe

Clean all the things, especially the holes for the head studs , mine were crazy dirty after a bath and all that shit. I flipped the block over and sprayed them with brake clean/compressed air and then wd40.

    JohnnyTightlips Build "Maximum Carnage"

Any ides how id go from Fwd to awd?

I would say if you have the time and like to tinker, send it. Life's not always about money, you can learn a lot from a project like this.

    JohnnyTightlips Build "Maximum Carnage"

All bolts are being soaked in Krud Kutter - Rust Remover. It works great , just fill up an old pickle jar and give them a few hours. I have probably done over 100 bolts in the mix that is in there now, probably could use a refresh. I will then being putting antiseize on them. They all seem in...

    JohnnyTightlips Build "Maximum Carnage"

Smol Update: I took my car to get an alignment and they ended up breaking a bolt in the rear. I had literally done nothing besides brakes and sway bar back there since I bought the car. Due to it being a rusty disaster I was pretty lazy about it. But now with a bolt broken I decided to tear it...

    Supra Slave cylinder

Mine has been solid without issues for 2 years of DD now. I am having some issues with my ram clutch pedal adjuster sticking a little but they sent me a rebuild kit for free so that will get done eventually.

Universal Mazdaspeed 3/6 Serpentine Belt Tensioner for less than OEM!

Same, it would sound like garbage whenever the a/c clutch tried to engage. I ended up replacing the unit. I have been using the plastic pulley without issues for years. I still highly recommend the duralast pulley. You can get leverage with ease and slide the belt over the water pump pretty easy...

    Mazda and Ford Crankshaft

I did read the entire post, and he "weighed them" as best he could which seemed questionably accurate at best but it was the grain of information you needed to continue this thread and get into some weeds which you constantly do. I guess I better do all the research for you since clearly I have...

    Mazda and Ford Crankshaft

This entire thread is making my head spin. There is no OEM keyed crank you can buy and I am tired of seeing updates from @BAT-man that are useless. If you @BAT-man want to find a lighter crank start looking but it will likely be in vain as if some magical lighter crank existed wouldn't people...

    Mazda and Ford Crankshaft

I would 100% not dick with a balance shaft if you are rebuilding a motor , it is not worth it and will cause more issues. You can get rid of most vibes by just keeping the OEM PMM/ softer Damond mounts.

    My Daily Driver Build

You shouldn't really need any sort of retune for the new intercooler. Our ECU can adjust wastegate duty cycle and I doubt it will even really need to. You will just have better bats for longer so the car can run at optimal levels. Maybe you would want a retune if you were in the edge of it...

    Bought not Built

These valves are common to fail around 100k. Not too hard to fix but the part isn't super cheap. You can still drive the car and put around town "I did for a week" but you can't go WOT/any boost or it will fuel cut.
