    Been a while. The new motor lost compression In cyl 2 with around 2700 miles on it. Machine shop that assembled it and did the machine work is no help. So the car is sitting in my driveway for now til I figure out what I wanna do with it.

    That's pretty normal since the injectors are deactivated on decel when in gear. I'll see lows in that range especially when clutching in after engine braking.

    That tool was thrown in the trash the day of the install back in June of 2018. At that time, all rear main seals ordered from mazda came with the special service tool. So I threw it away

    Took a trip back to northeast Ohio this weekend for @Realgib3 wedding. Went 345 miles on 12 gallons on e48 on the way up there, averaging 80mph and giving it a few pulls. Which was nice. On the way back, hit 1k miles on the motor and also rolled 100k miles on the chassis. Time to switch over...

    A bad crank position sensor will have similar issues, just FYI, Minus the pump not priming. So I'd imagine it's the pump and not the crank sensor

    Sounds like a bad fuel pump. It's shutting off once it's hot.

    If you're going thru kozmic, you're in good hands. I'd imagine Justin (freektune) has his hand in your tune. The kozmic dp i have is part of one of the edge autosport PTE turbo kits they used to offer back in the day. Cpe exhaust manifold, kozmic dump tube and kozmic down pipe with your choice...

    What cams you have? I have none of these issues with an HTP 4" intake with no air straightener and kelford 247-C cams with idle at 1000rpm

Went on Monday to pick up the car, and came back without it. They didn't want to fire it up for more than 30 seconds...
