To answer your initial question, the manifold has been tested to 80+ static psi by others without failure. We have not verified that ourselves. The first ST manifold we fitted to a car went 30+psi of boost on meth for months with a gtx3076, then switched to PI and continued to push further...

We have made custom kits in the past that go in the back behind the alternator, and I've long thought of making a larger catch can for big horsepower applications. Might be time to make that a kit for those wanting valve cover venting.

The Valve cover line could just go to a large catch can, I'm not seeing what putting it next to the coolant gains you. To that point, I'm not sure what the purpose of an aftermarket coolant tank would be in it's own right.

Reducing throw at either end will increase effort. You lose leverage either way. As an aside, it cracks me up when someone installs a "short shifter" that literally shortens the stick, then puts an extender on to make shifting easier.

You already know it works well above that when working properly. You have a mechanical issue, likely with the pump, possibly with the regulator. The regulator is just a spring. Crush spring, increase spring load. Shouldn't hurt anything. You'll need this, anyway, but it will NOT solve...
