    I Can Haz Evo???

Got my Hardrace spherical LCA bushings in the mail today. Quality seems pretty good considering how cheap they are compared to the rest of the spherical options. The stiction on them seems decentish, they definitely required a bit of persuasion to move the first time but after that they freed up...

My .02 is if I were you I'd sell off the meth kit and pick up larger injectors and feed it more fuel through the PI to keep things cooler. The less systems and computers to worry about the better. Less things to fuss with to get to jive together. Also means you'd have enough fuel for a larger turbo.

And it' be even easier for you because you've already got that Y in your feed line which you can feed it into.

Nah, the tcase is only weak when you're launching hard. It'll be fine for road racing. But 500whp is a ton of power for a road course. The easiest solution is to run with a full tank and top off between sessions. Either way, putting a pump under the passenger hat is pretty easy.

Unless you plan to road race the car you won't have fuel starvation issues. Tophat setup looks good.

Those plugs look like poo. Here's the info for the coils, I'd say they're all fine assuming you're going across A and B.

    I Can Haz Evo???

I do remember reading that from an article. Something I couldn't find much on was AOA for splitters. Do you have any recommendations? The hdpe that I'm making it out of is just a 4x8' sheet that can be bought at menards for $30 and I think it'll be stronger and have more give to it than...

    I Can Haz Evo???

The current one is about 4" off the ground, maybe a hair more. This should be just as low. If I wanted to make it lower all I have to do is make new frame rail brackets which is just bent up aluminum strips and make the cables a bit longer so it wouldn't be hard. I did consider adding a few more...

    I Can Haz Evo???

No, it'll be mounted the same way as my current one. 6 mounts total, 2 connect the outside edges of the curved section to the frame rails, two cables hold it up on the eyelets in the front and connect to the crash bar and two brackets mounts the rear of it to the subframe. All the sheetmetal...

    I Can Haz Evo???

Got the new splitter almost all designed. I just need to confirm some dimensions and make some small tweaks. Decided to make this one a project for school since we've got a cnc router that can cut 4x8' sheets so I'll be making it out of a 4x8' sheet of hdpe. The aluminum air dam is just a sheet...

    I Can Haz Evo???

Cut out this little piece to fill the hole in my steering wheel since I don't have a horn. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. It's the first time I've made something with a curved profile so I'm happy it worked well. Think I might go back and polish it a bit, I still need to work on my...

Sounds pretty simple. I replicated CS caliper brackets (the ones they don't make anymore because they hate the MS6) last year so it shouldn't be too hard.

I'd imagine there's a shop around you that does anodizing, it's not terribly expensive especially if you're just getting something like black done. Throw me some pics, dimensions and what you're thinking and I'll see what I can do.

Nice. Yea the stock alone would probably cost me $25ish for one piece haha. Glad to see there's already a good solution.

Well I can definitely do .5". Miiight be able to swing .75", but yea I don't think I've got an endmill long enough for 1". I'll double check though. Shoot me a PM so I don't forget, I'll look up how much the stock will cost, I can definitely do it for less than $300 lol.

Wow, that's garbage. I would try seeing if there's any local machine shops that are willing to take the job. I'd offer to do it but I don't have access to any mills large enough. Writing the toolpathing for it shouldn't take too long so most of the cost is just machine run time which if they...
