Nah, the tcase is only weak when you're launching hard. It'll be fine for road racing. But 500whp is a ton of power for a road course. The easiest solution is to run with a full tank and top off between sessions. Either way, putting a pump under the passenger hat is pretty easy.

Yea thats why i figured its not that big of a deal if i have to go that route.

Yea im trying to get this fuel system built so i really wont have to touch much of it ever again if i do decide to go up to the 6062. Only thing i may need with the 6062 is bigger port injectors but that kind of all hinges on how i decide to spray meth. I really want to try preturbo since it chemically moves the efficiency of the turbo further to the right. Depends on where im at hp and fuel wise tho if i do that. If i can make 600 wheel without it then i may just spray a little bit pre tb just for knock protection.

My .02 is if I were you I'd sell off the meth kit and pick up larger injectors and feed it more fuel through the PI to keep things cooler. The less systems and computers to worry about the better. Less things to fuss with to get to jive together. Also means you'd have enough fuel for a larger turbo.

I just dont want to uninstall the meth, braided lines all the way to the trunk plus ripping the dash apart to get the controller out. Id rather just leave it in and not use it then remove it. I may have to get bigger injectors if i decide to run e50 anyway. I guess we will see what happens when i start tuning it and go from there. I just wish it were warmer out so i could really get motivated to finish it up.

Well its been cold as shit out so i ha ent got much done. I made a bracket to move my fpr over a little to make it easier to adjust the fuel pressure if needed. Also i mounted my ss controller to this bracket to make it easier to hook up the usb cable. I plan on using the boost sensors in the ss controller to control my aux fuel like it is designed to do. It got suggested to me that i need to use my maf signal to tune for fuel but i am not. I believe since the ss controller specifically has the 4 bar sensors to be used for controlling fuel that is how it should be used. It has an input to use a maf signal instead but i feel like since i will be altering the maf signal to lower the load for the additional fuel that it would be better and easier to tune by boost almost like speed density tuning without ve tables. Im very familar with speed density tuning since i come from the world of the toyota jz engines and thats all i knew before i bought my ms6.

I also finally got this stupid fuel pump finished up and assembled so i can throw it in the car tomorrow.

Honestly its kind of a bitch to get these both in. Im going to have to cut a little chunk out of the plate that covers the pump as well because the fittings stick up too high. If i could go back and do it over, i would have just added the second pump in the passenger side hat like @AYOUSTIN did. I ordered some random fuel pump kit on amazon to get the fp pigtail i needed and it came with like 10 different fuel pump socks and that helped out a lot since i dont think the stock socks will fit. Its pretty tight fitting both of the pumps in there. Since i designed this the way i have, it will be fairly easy for me to move one of the pumps to the passenger side if this doesnt work out for me like i need it to.

Yea that is by far a much easier way to do it, i just didnt want to deal with mounting a surge tank anywhere. If you havent bought the pumps or anything, there is a company called squash performance that makes a dual pump setup that mounts to the factory lower basket for like $750 and comes with the pumps.

Fuck a surge tank. How much power are you trying to make? If it's anything under 700 then just put a wally 450 in like Ken did.

Thanks for reply again Guys @AYOUSTIN @davychronic im pretty much going to max out my turbo 6062, yeah for the squash I heard they stopped production on the dual pump, yeah I've been aski ken if he can sell me one of those mounting bracket he made fo th walbro to fit but no bueno lol he busy, any advice how can I fit 450? Yea thats another thing i dont like about them is they are running all the time an loud as hell. I havent heard one running that isnt annoying as hell. Not a great idea for a street car. They are great on the track tho...

Just dump the stock thing that the fuel pump sits in and wire tie it in place. Although for a 6062 i think you will need more than just a 450lph pump. Have you thought about adding like a bosch 044 inline?

PI is kinda my weakness tbh I have been talking with nishan and Justin, they both recommend two different setup, nishan is dual pump while justin swears at getting surge tank because of fuel starvation, im not sure how im going to do an inline Bosch tho, sorry if I'm hijacking the thread but is it like this? Walbro450>inline filter> (Bosch 044)>tee>hpfp/PI rail> frp>return to tank, is that about right? And for my car is strictly for roll/road racing, no track no drag just roll race, pump noise is not going to be an issue since side fender exit LOL
And I forgot to mention, since I'm having hard time selling my aquamist hsf4 and I used to have meth port injection, I will just convert it to pre throttle body spraying 2 nozzle 1500cc 99% methanol since I've got 2 fav lol

I wouldnt worry about fuel starvation from roll racing unless you run your tank low which is a terrible idea anyway. I would listen to nishan, guy knows his shit just about better than anyone with these cars. Id ask him what his ideas are about running an inline to boost the fuel output and see what he thinks. Ive run an aeromotive inline on one of my supras in the past and had good luck but that wasnt a cheap pump.

On the other forum, a few years ago Shawn made some posts about his setup. I believe he ran a 450 in tank and had an inline pump. I vaguely remember him posting pictures of how everything was routed and wired.
