Did you try right clicking installer to run as administrator or the program itself you can run as admin. Seems like a permissions issue

thats what I do, I try to take it off one of the smooth idler pulleys and sometimes the belt will stay put depending on what im doing.

I guess there is also the possibility of putting in false injectors to seal it up or ordering some kind of plug online

I forget the belt pattern every time, well now finally I might remember it after doing it so many times

That is excellent news, I have a check valve that will hold 100 psi that is inline I am going to try and if the stock one is failed then this one will resolve my issue.
