Wandering AFRs and crazy fuel trims at partial throttle

What are you running for a BPV? Can you swap it out for another? It is normal for the AFR to richen when the brakes are applied, the booster is putting an air load on the engine which is post MAF. Something else is the issue making it hard for the computer to maintain proper AFR.

Are you still going lean with brake application, still having the same issues? Or do you mean that nothing changes when the brakes are applied?

Dont change things until you know that is the source of the problem. You need to plug the intake port and see if the situation improves. As for right now its just a hunch. If the problems are because of the power brakes system, plugging the intake port will answer that question. Then you...

I dont have a picture of the valve, its built into the hose. I would block @ the intake manifold first. If you symptoms improve, the hose, check valve or booster are the issue. If no change, hose/check valve/booster are not your issue.

    StreetSpeed’s DD 500+ MS6 Build

My opinion is OEM axles are commonly better quality than A/M brands. Ive dealt with too many fitment issues and engineering differences to trust them, especially when low priced. However I have found a shop through a friend at my local NAPA that makes custom shafts. They will weld on new...

Yes, plug the connection point at the engine and see if your issues improve. Edit: GP9A43490A is the part number for the hose with built in check valve, which is regrettably discontinued by Mazda.

    StreetSpeed’s DD 500+ MS6 Build

Get yourself a boot clamp tool. Index mark your shaft before you remove it from the diff so you can orientate it during install. CVs are easy to disassemble, just make sure you take it apart and put everything back together exactly...exactly the way it came apart. Parts have to face the same...

I think hes referring to the cam buckets. If so, they 100% need to be in the right spot to make the build much easier. However, it can be made right it just takes some work. <<Here>> is JTs write up on the process of installing them if you need help understanding. Good Luck

^--x2 My Damond catch can cured the buildup of oil that would regularly dribble out of my intercooler if I left it propped up on the bench. I dont get much if anything anymore. OP, you have covered most of what this car can catch you up on. I too had some rear antenna and door wiring pin...

    Disabling cold start?

Consider getting your injectors cleaned if they are due and reinstalled with some good seals. Hard to say, "Years ago" is a pretty big spread. If the problem is resolved, then you need to decide if its worth digging into or just a coincidence. As with anything electrical start with the...

    Disabling cold start?

Yes, high or low resistance can wreak havok on the coil (in the injector). Voltage spikes also can affect its performance. Variances over time will cause issues with any electrical circuit, especially if it isnt engineered to handle them. That is why a good injector service shop will check...
