    Horns!

I have dual FIAMM Freeway Blasters (high and low tone). To make sure they went together well and were maximally loud, I didn't just add the low tone to the stock horn, I replaced the stock horn with their high tone one. Good sound, vast improvement over stock. I don't think I'm going to bother...

Anyone tried OBDLink MX+ or the like?

I have OBDLink MX and an MX+. Works great with Torque and the plugin for regular monitoring. It doesn't give as many PID/s as the AP does (or, I imagine, Versatuner and their wired interface), but it's way faster than a cheap eBay ELM adapter. Pretty sure I get way more than 30 PID/s. The only...

    1. Download the service manual. 2. As was said, compression, check against the service manual. If it's not great don't fret, try the ring soaking procedure in our knowledgebase. If it's real bad after that, start to fret, do a leakdown, save your pennies and plan. 3. Pull and read spark plugs...

    Masterminds old speed build

Was going to make the same inquiry. I noticed RPM sells KCA428 as for gen2, but wasn't sure so holding off ordering it. That's because... The Aussie website doesn't show gen2 http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail4.php?part_number=KCA428 whereas the 'murcan one does...

    Greetings from So. Cal.

I'm using SB stage 2 endurance. I have stated in the past that pedal feel was very firm but frankly I drove it this weekend and barley noticed it. I think the SB is a great kit if you can afford it.

Need clutch. Main concern is pedal feel.

I agree, in actual fact this would be a perfect application for a powered exoskeleton.

Need clutch. Main concern is pedal feel.

SB stage 2 all have the same spring, just the friction material is different. The daily is both sides organic and the Endurance is one side organic one side kevlar (IIRC). And he already decided against SB whether stage 2 or 3 based on descriptions. His problem is he is looking for a 450 ft-lb...

    Solarsurge's Ongoing 2013 LSM Build

Well that settles it, I'd considered doing Firestone lifetime, if they're that kind of dicks about screw 'em. I also get the idea that the people would never be the same over time... there was a knowledgeable manager when I went to the local one the first time. He's never been there again and...

Mazdaspeed3 Rear Traction Bar from TB Performance!

It's all about well engineered parts for the platform, whether they do anything or not LOL. Plus, we all gotta get the rear one to match the front one from last month.

PIAA silicone, there are three different types. Supposed to last twice as long, and the rubber part is separately replaceable.

Well, as I said I'm going to Midwest so definitely can't make that M1 event. Which sucks, I've been wanting to take a buddy to that at some point this year LOL.

Yeah my SB was the same, it broke in a lot. Also, not that I'm an expert but I had a brief look at the log and it is pretty much thoroughly uninteresting, which means nothing looks rong so nice work.

Haha, sure... in! You should go to Midwest, man. Barring that we should go have a beer together or go to a common event or something.

Need clutch. Main concern is pedal feel.

You're in IL.... come to Midwest and you could feel different clutch setups. I'll be there with my SB stage2 endurance. I will say that it felt a lot harder than stock at first but I don't perceive it as hard now. I think it's a bit of it loosening up and me getting used to it.

Hey, I haven't seen you around. And you probably haven't seen me because I haven't been driving the 'speed much. In any case we should meet up just for the halibut.

Right, wasn't speaking to you anyway, presumably you are satisfied or you wouldn't install it, which works for me. I am curious though, did they change the design or are they still shipping the one with the extra plate that is supposed to ensure that all the cap screws holding the mount...
