New member, just picked up a 2012 Speed 3 a few months ago. Just a bit of background- I learned stick maybe 10 years ago but this is my first manual that I have owned, so while I can certainly get around, I am still a noob. The problem I am having is 2nd gear grinds with the clutch all the way...
