Here are some docs in no particular order that someone posted on msf a while back regarding CA smog. IIRC he claims he got away with a fmic by showing the smog tech these and you could potentially get away with meth injection by saying it's water. Not sure if any of this helps you but here ya...
Congratulations man! I've been watching your build for a while and and I thought it was done for with that electrical nightmare but I'm glad to see she's running!

Techron didn't do shit for me. My CEL goes away after a full tank of gas and a number of starts but comes back on when my tank is low ¯\_(?)_/¯

It looked fine after 10k, no tearing. It performed more like stock as it wore, floppy and loose. Wouldn't waste my money again if I was faced with the same decision.
I can say from experience the Damond mount is more comfortable for city driving compared to the CP-E. I actually sold my Stage 2 and bought an E-Focus mount, which I ran for maybe 10k miles and after ended up with the DM. So far it's definitely my favorite.
Thanks for this writeup, just did it myself and although I saw no need to pull out the cup holder I did it anyway and found that the e-brake appears to be really easy to adjust, which I'll be taking care of later. Thanks again!
