Continuing the "send it" spirit..

Upped the eth% to E60.

Pulled timing above 5k for now

Added wgdc mid range to 7k .

Goal...bring up mid range tq so peak tq is still past 5k but able to taper back down up top

Make power on less timing

Afr is getting better. But these Bosch 2200s still don't respond well to changes in fueling in increments less than 10%

A testament to what a well taken care of MZR DISI is capable of Sho has more miles on his stock block 500+ much heavier AWD than my 400+ built block ms3 has lol

My homie down in NC helped me straighten out the fueling curve. Not perfect yet but much better. Knocked off a 10th of a sec

4.6335 seconds 60-100

3rd gear is damn near perfect now

Also to note since tuning was mentioned. This is a pure boost tune. Meaning no load limits/caps used.

That last 4th gear VD was In sub 50* ambient temps. It stayed under boost target

Last night. I did a rip at 40* ambient, again boost stays under control and stays below target

How? IAT comp table pulling WGDC due to temp. Car still makes power. But boost kept under control!

They say theres a first time for everything...

I'm 2014 when I went BT on the ms3 with a PTE 5858; I started immediately on an E-Mix and have never run a straight pump gas map on any of my BT setups ever. Not even a base map on 93...

Until tonight.

Leaving for a trip to visit a friend tomorrow and didnt want to plan around stopping at corn stations only the entire weekend. So here it is.

Base map. 20% wgdc.

It is creeping up top, likely due to low timing for pump gas and being a base map. But 0kr up there and once a hair timing gets added back in, it should tame it up there and keep boost from taking off.

60-100mph is 5.859 sec.

This tq or lack thereof is hilarious

You mind checking mpgs on your trip if your going to be driving nice..

I keep track of all that stuff regardless. My laptop has spreadsheets of records and data logs galore.

I literally data log anytime I drive the car hard

Example

Last tank of e60:
Filled on Saturday 9/19/20 full tank
Three 3rd gear wot logs taken
Three 4th gear wot logs taken. All to dial in fueling curve
1 Mexico race from 40-140
1 pull from 45-137 with a friend who hasnt ridden in the car yet.

289.9 miles achieved. 14.1 gal of 93 filled afterwards before flashing.

20.56mpg overall with multiple wot runs

Flashed back to corn map on my way home as I met up with the folks that bought my old white ms6 and also @CMajor

She built it and currently is in thr tuning process
