2005 Mazda 3 2.0L Help

Hello everyone! I have a 2005 Mazda 3 2.0L M/T project car that I'm working on. There is this plug that goes into the bottom of the fuse box that is disconnected on my car. I can't find what it is supposed to plug into. I have provided pictures of the plug in question.
Does anyone have this car or can tell me what this plug is for? It would be much appreciated.

Strange. The speed variants do not include these plugs. In fact, from the research I've done so far, I can't find other Mazda3s with this connector from the fuse box.

I'm going to continue doing some research to see what I can come up with, but have you noticed any functionality from the car missing/not working? Have any CELs? I'll report back if I come up with anything.

Additionally, if you have a multimeter, set it to continuity, probe each pin of the connector with one probe and each of the fuses with the other probe, see where that gets you. It may help us determine what this connector is used for.

no clue we don't have those on the speeds, don't even have the non speeds wiring diagram here. I'd check with the mazda3 forums they may have the wiring diagram on there ong with people that are familiar with those cars.

I bought this car as a project car. It cranks but does not start. It seems that I am missing spark. I have probed each ignition coil wire ground side and positive side and all check ok on the multimeter. f69 fuse is good as well.

I probed each pin of the 5 pin connector, but none seem to go to the PCM. Kind of at a loss as to what it could be. Hope its not causing my crank no start condition.

Currently no engine CELs. Used to have one about lost communication to BCM but that went away after I fixed a shoddy butt-joint connection.
 
So did you find out if that's a plug for a different emissions version of the car or not?
