2011 Mazdaspeed3 p0123 p0222 p0403

Hey, Im trying to fix up this 2011 mazdaspeed 3 that runs terribly. Im trying to do this without spending an ungodly amount of money, so I want to make sure I get the right parts. the battery is junk, the car starts and barely idles around 5-600 rpms. doesnt have throttle response until 3/4 to full throttle, and when you floor it, it slowly revs to about 2k max. with the fresh battery it could rev to 4k and if you feathered the throttle it could fully rev out. there is a fresh fuel rail pressure sensor and a new throttle body. hooked up my scanner to it and got the following codes: p0123 p0222 p0403 and p0037. i know p0123 and p0222 are for the TPS, so i feel like it might be that, i just want a few second opinions before i drop more money into this thing. (car also has 90k miles)

Was the new throttle body OEM Mazda? The 0403 code is EGR, is the EGR deleted? 0037 is secondary O2 sensor, is that removed or are you catless downpipe?

To my knowledge the new throttle body is oem, I’m not sure about the EGR delete or the catless downpipe. The only mods I know of is an aftermarket BOV and a “stage 2” clutch. Not too sure if it’s ever been tuned, never came with an access port.
