2nd gear popout options and parts

Hey all. As title suggests, I am having 2nd gear popout when rolling at low speeds in 2nd gear occasionally, and most recently when competing in autocross when letting off WOT and getting on the brakes for a tight section. Motor mounts are new from the winter, so I am assuming this is a synchro problem. I just want to know, what are the options for rebuilding the transmission and are there upgraded bits to bulletproof this further? Found a thread from 2024, and I know speed performance does not make the upgraded brass synchros anymore. Thanks in advance. 2011 gen2 speed w/ 105kish on the transmission.
 
there are no upgrades the transmissions are as bullet proof as you could hope for.

You have one of the following issues.

1 running a heavy ass shift knob
2 shifter cables need to be adjusted for proper engagement
3 a shift pad fell off a shift fork. Usually due to resting your hand on the shifter. More these are the brass pieces that speedformance used to make not synchros
4 bent shift fork. Rare but It happens. Just get a new shift fork and bolt the sucker back together.
 
Shift knob is stock so definitely not that. I honestly wish it was heavier lol. Is there a thread for adjusting shifter cables? No other issues in any gears. If a shift pad fell off is there a way to tell? Or do I just need to tear into it and find out. Same for shift fork I am assuming?
