3" CBE with Cobb Downpipe

Hey guys I just pulled the trigger on the CNT catback exhaust. I already have a Cobb downpipe installed. Do any of you know if I will need an adapter to bolt the two together? something like this?
 
You don't need any adapters, that's the same exact set up I have.

I absolutely love it. It's not unbearably loud but gives the car a nice, deep rumble. It's a quality piece for much cheaper than the Cobb catback and I think it sounds just as good.
