6262 Pulsar Oil feed

Hey anyone active here that runs a pulsar turbo? I’m at a bit of a loss and can’t find any info online. Have a pulsar 6262e and the oil feed line that everyone says I need to run doesn’t seem to be right. Have a 4AN line to 1/8 NPT. I know the NPT isn’t supposed to go the whole way in, but it’s going like 2-3 full threads and snugging down pretty tight. Any idea what fitting I need or is this fine? image.jpg

Sup Reeece,

Most Pulsar 6262e end up needing a -4AN to 1/8 BSPP (with a crush washer) to get a true, leak-free seat.

grab a thread pitch gauge or just order a few variations of -4AN adapters.

2–3 threads is not enough for a secure, high-pressure oil seal.

Best,
