Making this thread at 1am so forgive me but this is about a year in the making basically, from the time I got serious about getting the car running. Popped 2nd motor (shitty 90mm overbored ATK reman engine) on k04, decided to go all out this time around. 2014 setup was bolt on GTX2867R on stock fueling, setup after stocking out in 2014 and re-modding in 2016 was bolt on smokey 160k mile MS6 k04 before the china cast piston and rod reman motor broke rod #3 on 22psi. I will post more pics and update this later of my past setups and build pics. Motor built by Speed Solutions and car is being assembled by Speed Solutions. Car should be done by end of September 2018 at the latest. Pics of engine in the bay are from last week (late August 2018).

Hell yeah! So glad to see another intense build so close to completion. I expect many videos of you giving taillights to unsuspecting cars.

Hell yeah brother! If it weren’t for you bro, I would’ve dropped my car off a cliff a while ago. Gotta love PD Fam!

19883976_1233325956789437_1472548694154840081_n.jpg Shoutout to Sho for reminding me to update my thread with his happy bday msg lol. Made a few changes thanks to some friends who let me get this amazing setup I've wanted for about 4yrs now, 1 of 5! Shoutout to Bryce W, Brent S, Cory A, Chris Collins @ Speed Solutions and Eric Yarbrough @ Mazdaspeed Wiretuck for the dope oil drain fittings.
[doublepost=1545101153][/doublepost]breather can lines aren't close to ewg, they had me fooled as well48388776_314003119454254_5231811302342524928_n.jpg

Nice build it ahould make some awesome power. So i have a bunch of questions as i take a dump lol.

What redline are you aiming for.

How doy you like the Corksport High pressure fuel line vs oem? Does it make it easier to work in that area with the braided line? I was on the fence about getting one.

Why did you put the fuel pressure sensor on a 90 fitting? What fittings did you use. Id imagine they need to be different then the frag fittings?

Do you think the filter on the CC will be ok so close to the dp?

What fuel pressure are you going to run on the idc1000?

Im confused on the 2.2g fuel cell is it similar to a surge tank with the itfp feeding it?

And most important of all is what fasteners are you using on the valve cover i want thoes!! Do they reuse the oem rubber washers?
Sorry for the massive amount of questions.

The catch can will be fine there. The Ohio location as we call it. We've been putting vented cans from the valve cover in that location since before 2014,and KJ liked the idea enough to copy us ;)

@5doorsoffury Regarding the fuel pressure 90* fitting, it's required with the jmf for the sensor to clear the manifold. Jmf includes it in the kit with the manifold

The fuel cell has its own pump and will only feed the port injection with straight e85 or whatever KJ decides to put in. Very common way to run aux fuel. Especially since the PI only sprays during certain conditions. 2 gal should be enough for 15-20 wot pulls

vc hardware is from https://racethetix.com

I ran the CS HPFP feed line and liked it a lot. I bought it pretty shortly after it became available and actually got a free replacement because they had found under certain circumstances it rubbed and could potentially leak. It was a lot easier to install than an OEM one and (besides from needing to replace it once) was very non-problematic. So far as working in the area vs. the OEM version... other than install/uninstall of the HPFP feed line I never wrenched in that area so... yes?
