While fixing my coolant leak 2 weekends ago I noticed not 1 but both axles have torn boots on the CV's. sigh. I also threw on a Prosport turbo blanket on the 6466 turbine housing curteous of advice from Chris Singer and Will Dawson. The turbine housing is ceramic coated but the bay still gets toasty with the turbo sitting up high in the bay

Do you know the cause of the boots tearing? maybe raise the front up a little bit if you're on coils see if that helps.
Might need to add a hood vent on the right side to extract heat from hotside and downpipe to relieve bay temps while moving and especially when moving on boost.
I like the way s2000 hood vents look in the pic attached but I think a vent with louvers would work better adding in the venturi effect.

i'm on stock gen2 struts and springs, which is why I also am not hooking 3rd gear for shit on full tilt now

I don't want to mention my boost levels but I have exceeded my goals mention in the thread title. David Lundgen hooked me up with some BC Racing coils with Swift spring upgrade so I can stop the weight transfer and help the car hook up consistently. I still need some new adjustable rear camber arms and an alignment, and possibly a front traction bar. I will also be acquiring the hood-exit up pipes that go with the Kozmic NFG kit courtesy of my big homie Bryce since he's moving onto my buddy Jimi @DTP Fab's sidewinder kit and his kozmic up pipes wouldn't work. I also added a little affordable turbo blanket that my brotha Chris Singer put me on to. Car only gets driven around the block to charge until I can get the traction issues sorted out

The rumor is, he sold the car already blown up without disclosing it to the buyer. BUT heyyy we'd like to hear his story too.
Isn't this the same guy that used to post videos of himself street racing in traffic?
He fucked his buyer hard, made some self-victimizing post to whine about the guy "defaming" him, but won't poke his head out of hiding to tell his side of the story that supposedly proves his innocence. Meanwhile, he's ghosting the buyer and went so far as to change his phone number to avoid the guy. A+ job, KJ, way to be a valuable community member!
I want to hear it so we can discredit and laugh at it and tell him what a piece of shit he is for screwing over Matt like he did.
