Here'e s little vdyno action to see what we're working with. Nothing too crazy but I took a 4th gear log the other day and figured I'd run the numbers. I couldn't get AFRs/boost to display so I cropped the photo without realizing I also took off RPM 
but this pull was from like ~2700-6700 in 4th. I've seen cars with upgraded FMICs hang right around 205whp/250wtq so I guess I'm in the right neighborhood for my tiny stock one.
Oh and obligatory cat photo because I got a Pixel 2 XL and it's camera is bonkers. Here she is in all her fluffy glory in portrait mode:

Welp! We've added a couple things to the "build" list
Picked up a Whoosh V1 intercooler for good and cheap. They just came out with their V2 so I was just waiting for a deal to pop up. It's about 2x larger than the stock and is good a bit past 300whp. Along with that, as a while I'm in there kinda thing, I also picked up Whoosh's high flow silicone intake. It just replaces 1.5ft or so of the stock plastic intake and smooths it out. I probably won't see any wild gains but it smooths out the air and reportedly makes driving nicer.
And then (don't tell Will) I'm trying out Dizzy. He had a bogo deal on 93+e30 tunes so I figured I'd give him a go. He's got a Fiesta ST of his own and I've read very very good things about his tunes.

Above is the new intake section and below the piece it replaced. Notice how ugly and wrinkly it is.
