Is it a factory mount?
That's what she said... o.0holy fuck that's big

So.... I should stop working out my legs then.. Got it.Really the k04 is just really small. All about scale. Its why I dont do legs day. Tiny legs make things look bigger by proportion!
Supposedly intense leg workouts have been empirically shown to spike your growth hormone release post-workout more than any other body part, though....So.... I should stop working out my legs then.. Got it.

Yes, I've heard that. IGF-1 is a different story. Regardless, the greater amount of GH release due to leg day occurs nocturnally. You can find this info in Bodybuilding circles and exercise science peer-reviewed research, as I'm sure you knowSince we like to be technical here, as a matter of fact the only time Human Growth Hormone is released is when you are asleep. Remember how many naps kids take when they are in a growth spurt. See, I taught this stuff for 30 years.....
WOW, I somehow missed the whole phenomenon of exercise inducing HGH in the awake athlete. I read a bunch of the "articles" and find most of them really sketchy....lots of claims, very little science. Even the exercise science thesis project I read showed increased cortisol, catecholamines, but the HGH data was not very convincing. In other words, the levels measured are not clinically significant. I'm not here to try to change your mind, as many folks believe what you believe. The Exercise Science stuff in pretty sketchy to this professor emeritus but I am always open to being wrong, which occurs on an hourly basis.Yes, I've heard that. IGF-1 is a different story. I think you didn't understand my statement. I wasn't claiming HGH was released immediately post leg-workout, but during recovery time post leg-workout. And since we know that GH is released at night, then we know that the higher levels of GH supposedly produced by leg-day would manifest during the time period of GH release: at night. Hopefully that clears up what I was saying. IGF-1 is another story, and increases quite quickly post-exercise stimuli, as we both know.WOW, I somehow missed the whole phenomenon of exercise inducing HGH in the awake athlete.
