Can not program key fob

So since I bought my MS6 I have not been able to use the key FOB. I have a tried to the procedure but will not go into program mode to to learn the KEY FOB.

You need to have two already programmed keys to program a third

I have only one, so the vehicle needs two keys to program the fob.

you need two working ones in order to program a third, otherwise you need to go to the dealer
