Clacking sound

Okay, so I know this is somewhat vague but I'm hoping that it's both nothing unusual and something that someone will easily recognize from the description.

Vehicle is a 2012 MS3 w/Tech, but due to a recent engine replacement it's running a first gen JDM engine (all professionally installed, not a DIY job).
Mods are:

HPFP Internals (of course)
Cobb Catted DP
CST4 w/external WG & Dump tube
Tial External WG
Full Damond Motor Mount set
Damond Stage 1 Catch Can
3.5" Corksport Intake
ACT 6-puck clutch & lightweight flywheel (don't remember if Streetlite or Prolite)
Tuning is currently in progress with Freektune, logs were sent out yesterday for the final tweaks.

Now the sound itself isn't resulting in any check lights and there are no pending codes, and I do have some clutch chatter from the ACT kit but that's to be expected given the 6-puck setup w/Flywheel.
Best way I can describe it is that it almost sounds like a diesel at idle but not as harsh, which is a bit worrisome, but I'm still building boost, there's absolutely zero hesitation at any point in the RPM band, and I'm still getting good fuel economy so I'm not even sure if there's an issue or if it's just a result of me having the full set of upgraded engine mounts allowing the sound to transfer into the cabin.

The sound is absolutely NOT present when I first start the car, and until I've driven her for a bit everything ticks away like a sewing machine and sounds absolutely normal.

I'm at work at the moment so uploading any audio or video clips isn't doable at the moment but I will do so as soon as I am able if nobody has any ideas based on the description.

I attached copies of the datalogs I sent to Freektune so if there's anybody here that can read em please tell me if there's something I should be concerned about.
Datalog 3 should be the idle log
Datalog 4 should be the 2nd gear easy accel no boost run from 1500 to 4500
Datalog 5 should be the 3rd gear pull 2500 to 6500 at WOT

Thanks in advance!

DI engines do tick. Normal.
Yeah, this was WAY more than the normal injector tick...I ended up finding that I was roughly 3 quarts low on oil but with no evidence of a leak and I haven't seen any exhaust that would indicate consumption through the engine...
I added the 3 quarts last night before I drove home and didn't notice any substantial change in level between work and home (roughly 32 miles), but I'll be checking it twice a day for a bit to see what kind of loss I'm getting.
I did smell it burning from SOMEWHERE this morning on the way to work, but I still don't see a leak point or oily exhaust fumes.
I'll take a more in-depth look at it tomorrow morning since I'm off work, but the engine itself has a 60 day warranty so if I see anything glaringly wrong with it she's going back to the shop for that.

Change your oil NOW!!!
Metal in pan means ..... Replacement of something, longer you run that way ==
The more money you will spend!
Now if you take immediately to the shop for remediation of the oil loss, could understand. Honestly every dealership, mechanic, shop will say it's drivers responsibility to check oil.. No getting around that. So please change oil now.

Yeah, I'll be doing it tomorrow when I get up.
Drained the catch can and there wasn't anything in it besides what you'd expect though so I'm hopeful that there's no metal anywhere in the main pan.
Also, she's still running smooth without any knock correction above 0.89 showing on the AP and that was with me alternating between easy highway cruise control at 60 and stop & go through town on the way home from work last night so I don't think I'll find anything.
That said, if I do find anything, the motor has a 60 day warranty and I've only had it like 3 weeks so worst case scenario I get another long block from the engine supplier:eusa_dance:
Fingers crossed for no metal though...hoping the dark oil on the stick is indicative that no shiny stuff is waiting for me.

I wish you luck in having no glitter. Profile didn't say gen 1 or 2. If still a cartridge, cut up filter look inside surfaces.
