Long story short, I had my car in a shop for about 4 months. Had to wait on a rebuilt engine to come in, the new turbo to come in and the clutch as well all the fluids and small little pieces and stuff to service the tranny. I picked the car up and drove it for about a couple hours when the pedal felt like it got a lil stiff, went to shift and it got stuck out of gear and lost all pressure. It sticks up or down and only moves due to the spring. I replaced the slave cylinder cause the rubber boot was off and it was leaking, figured that was the cause. Tried to bleed it and nothing worked. I’m in the progress of replace the master cylinder now for the clutch(pain in the ass, super annoying don’t recommend) wondering if that’s the reason it wouldn’t build pressure or if the shop fucked something up. It’s a brand new clutch and the tranny only has 130k on it, no pops or gear grinds ever.

Were you actually able to bleed the clutch? as in you got it bled and that didn't fix the issue
IF you couldn't bleed it then this applies: How full was the brake reservoir when bleeding? Because we have a dual res with a clutch res in the back little hole flows to the clutch feed basically only when it's full / a smidgen below it so you need to over fill it to truly bleed the clutch properly.
Leaving the slave to extend can certainly cause it to die especially on our slaves so good call replacing it if the shop didn't zip tie the rod on it in then yes that's probably their bad imo.
Clutch stuck to the floor sounds like it's not bled properly, are you seeing any signs of leaks on the master cylinder?

Crack the clutch line at the connection on the drivers front frame and bleed up to that point, then bleed at the slave. The maser dosent move enough fluid sometimes to effectively bleed the whole system, cutting it in half helps. Thats how I got mine to work after replacing the clutch and fixing the pedal bracket crack.
