I wanted to share an update about the GoPro winners. On June 1st, I placed 2 orders for the winners. That afternoon, I received 2 emails about order issues, and to call them. I called, and they canceled the orders. They have a review process and closed the orders and would not be shipping. 2 hours of calls later, no reason why. I got an email after 2 days that I could try again. However, the charges were still pending. Fast forward 8 days later, and the charges remain pending. I could have just gone through Amazon, but there was a bonus gift to go direct. I will be calling PayPal a second time today, to officially dispute the charges. There are other camera companies out there. I saw one from National Parks that has high reviews, too. I will not ever order a GoPro again.
 
Yup, direct from them. The $ is pending and states it will be refunded from their bank.
 
With the hard time you are going through, I would have thought you were through a 3rd Party. Kind of surprised that they would take this long.

Oh I know man. Their customer service is horrible, They canceled/closed the orders, sent me an email that said their was an issue and to call them with a phone number that does not even work! I went to their site and got the new # (number changed 6+ months ago, their template did not). There is a review team that reviews all the orders. They cancel but put no notes anywhere for anyone to tell why, plus there is no way to speak to the review team. Great camera, but their service is crap.
 
Another hour of calls. Guess it can take up to 30 days for it to get refunded. Unreal.
