when i let go of the gas pedal quickly it jerks forward and backwards, I've read online that it could be because my throttle body is dirty or my engine mount is bad but I'm not sure.
also when i drive around normally my car just smells like gas but i only smell it when the window is open so I'm not sure what that is, i have an idea that it is related to the evap system because pumping gas is very slow.
 
It could be fuel trims causing this behaviour.

Do you have any way to monitor live data? (i.e. Cobb Accessport, live scanner, etc.)

Are there any codes/ engine light on?

yes I have a check engine light on but they guy told me it was a bad 02 sensor but its could be anything really
and no sadly I don't have any way of monitor live data

We will do what we can to help you, but without data it makes it difficult for us to get a sense of what is happening.

An O2 sensor can definitely cause the issues you are experiencing, do you know what the code number was?
