Is there any possibility of modifying the auto-merge function for double posting to have an imposed time limit? As it is now, if someone is updating a build thread, for example, and noone posts in between them, their new posts will be automatically merged into the last one they made even if there are days between them. Anyone trying to keep tabs on progress doesn't receive a new post notification and it makes it tougher to follow along.
