Ok guys its that time again! Epic Nator Meet!

This year's meet will again be at Tail of the Dragon w/ Mazda Dragon Camp. Feedback was that everyone had a blast last year so sticking with it agian this year. Turnout was great for the first year here. Everyone was very well behaved and Im sure the community will be happy to have us back. Plans for a can food drive should be in the works again as well.

This post will be updated with information as it becomes available. Get on the hype train and spread the word!

3PM: Arrival/Check in
5PM: Weenie Roast with MDC. Will be setting up "local beer" sampling during this. We had a great showing last time for the weenie roast !Friday night will be our rain-check for this.

**DDs WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT BACK TO THE HOTEL**
**CARPOOLING IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED**

Funds will be collected for weenie roast via paypal. (This will be included with the purchase of your Saturday dinner ticket FYI).

Friday April 22
8AM and 10 AM will have group runs over the Skyway and Bald River Falls for individual photos of cars at the falls. Makes for a great drive, as well as great pics! The Cherohala Skyway, a National Scenic Byway

Then into groups and check out the dragon, Cherohala skyway and hellbender 28 to Fontana Dam!

I finally have all my suspension parts for ENM...but since it took 3 weeks to ship...i doubt ill get it on the car before ENM...

I managed to do all of mine in a day. You can do it, if you focus and don't have any interruptions.

Yeah, I got the ground controls on, brakes sorted, and oil and trans fluid changed. Going to put a new set of plugs in tomorrow and will be good to go.

Unfortunately it's going to be raining here the next few days so it won't be pretty for Killboy

With rain expected, I will want to just offer a tip to those camping. Get a big tarp to put under your tent. And a plastic tub to store your muddy boots. Most of you camping are experienced, but if someone has not done it, go grab one.

 

Fontana Village Resort http://www.fontanavillage.com/resort-location-directions.html has 1 opening as of right now. A friend canceled their room as they found another to share.

 

 

Don't mind me. Just charging a thing or 2 before the trip...lol

I hear that. Charged the radios, tablet, gopro batteries, and accelerometer yesterday. Tools, tires, and fuel are ready to go. Just have to make it through tomorrow, still.

I was going to go to work tomorrow but I said screw it and took off. Going to get everything handled and together to get ready to leave. Have a lot to do and so little time.

Packing tonight and heading out in the AM. I'm shooting for Paducah or Nashville for the night depending on construction and time en route.

 

Leaving at 5AM tomorrow morning, be there before noon. Jelly?

 

I also took tomorrow off, plan on being all packed up and leave about 5 a.m. Thursday morning. Car is ready except for throwing fresh plugs in, so should be an easy prep day. Hoping for a smooth trip down.

We'll be going through Paducah around 830-9am Thursday morning (I'm just NW of there). If you're not planning to leave super early, we could start a convoy.





And on that note, my car is massively dropping fuel pressure in boost. Pulled the spill valve and cleaned it, no luck. Started to pull the pump, but saw the hard line twisting with the nut and didn't want to chance it. So, in true MS6 fashion, I'll be doing some maintenance as soon as I get there because I'll have parts on hand at that point...

Awesome, I love mine. The back of the car has been the best for getting rid of every trace of wind noise. I just run the wires into the trunk, then have the mic poking out and taped to the top flat of the bumper. You can do the same with the MS3's, we had it on @MS3brohanna's car that way for autocross over the weekend and it sounds great.
