[SOLVED] Fuel Pressure Relay Issue

Hey guys new to the forum. I have a 2008 Speed3 that will not keeping running due to what seems to be an issue with the fuel system. It will start cold and run until it essentially warms up and then dies. It will restart immediately then dies within a few seconds. It is exactly as described in this video:

I cut and looped the plug for the resistor and still acts the same. I did exactly as he did in the video and jumped the relay and just like his car mine will then keep running. Basically I don't know what the actual fix is or what further troubleshooting I need to do to actually make it work without the hack fix of jumping the relay. Thanks.

If the relay is bad replace it
I tried swapping it out with the other relays in the fuse box that are good and no change so I think the relay itself is good. It just isn't getting power, I think I need to open the fuse box up but haven't seen anyone ever do that online anywhere.

What ended up being the issue I’m in the same position right now. Only thing I can think is damaged ecu, I might just run a permanent jumper

It ended up being a broken connection for the wires to the relay inside the under-hood fuse box. Prying open the fuse box you'll see the wires that run from the resistor are spliced together, that connection was corroded and fell apart. I did a shit job soldering it back together and so far it's worked for a few months without issues.
