Fuel trims pegged at -25 and rich A/F issue

Hello everyone, need advice on still trying to trouble shoot this problem with negative fuel trims and afr ratio I have 2 other threads about this topic along with smoking issues and stalling out. the smoking and stalling issue was resolved with a newer turbo thanks to some members on this forum for helping me out. the car idles and runs way better and no more white smoke either but my fuel trims are still pegged at -25 and car still runs rich idling around 9.10 a/f along with a little bit of blue smoke from tail pipe probably from the rich issue. the codes I am getting is P0172 (burning to rich) and U0100 ( communication error to PCM) so far I have changed upstream o2 sensor, did a boost leak test and found no leaks, installed overspeed injector seals, checked my purge valve to see if it was stuck open and changed my bpv. None of these fixed it or made any improvement, the only other things I can think of is a faulty MAF sensor or a stuck open injector causing it to dump more fuel and mess with the fuel trims. im on a OTS map also so maybe that could be an issue with my mods causing it to run wack. im planing to get a real tune after I fix this but im kind of lost at this point. My mods are: CS power series intake, upgraded 3in TMIC, forge bpv, HPFP, OCC, CATLESS DP, upgraded INJECTOR SEALS, COBB AP. here are some of my logs. Any type of advise would be great at this point thanks.

Have you tried changing your oil? If you ran that rich the oil can be diluted by the fuel and it would smoke like crazy/give off fuel trim readings. I have seen GM trucks have that issue when an injector fails and the customer drives too long before bringing it in to get it fixed.

If it is a specific injector check your plugs for fouling, check their gap as well. Are you noticing any misfires? Which OTS map are you using and was the MAF calibrated?

I just changed the oil after replacing the turbo so its fresh. The oil was super diluted with gas before. I haven’t driven the car around because i want to fix this issue before i do. So far no misfires after new turbo. I dont have my maf calibrated and im on a stage 3 ots tune.
