This is an on going issue for about 5 months. Basically if I drive the car for a few blocks and park with it bone cold. When I return after a few minutes and start it again and begin driving the temp will not get over 2 or 3 ticks from cold. It doesn't matter how long I drive it either. I've had this happen on an hour long drive. The heater will still blow hot too. For my morning commute I let it warm for around 10 to 15mins and it goes to operating temp and runs normally. Coolant is full and nothing is leaking. I've cleaned the temp sensors plug in as someone suggested to an old thread.
