Hey guys, its been a pleasure being a part of the Mazdaspeed community for so many years! We at EdgeAutosport are happy to be here and look forward to participating in some raffles for you guys!
My name is Alan, and I'll be here if you need parts or have questions about going fast. I've been wrenching on Mazdaspeeds since 09. I've had three Mazdaspeeds personally. The first was an 08.5 Speed 3 GT I bought in 2009. Went from stock all the way up to 500whp before I sold it in 2013.
In 2014, a year to the date from me selling my speed 3, I bought a blown motor speed 6 and rebuilt it with a big turbo setup. In the middle of the rebuild, a friend of mine from my home town in East Texas made me an offer on it I couldn't refuse so I sold it to him. Finished it and immediately drove it 13 hrs to Texas.
In 2015, I bought another speed 6, but with the higher miles and some rust issues that I couldn't get my OCD mind over, I decided to part ways with it too. Sold it in October of 2015, and then picked up a 2016 WRX Premium. So far it is stock with just a Cobb AP, but with some custom tuning, I've picked up about 60whp over stock.
