How fast is stock MS6?

I got mild tune at 24-26psi on bnrs3 from freak as well as other boltons such dp hpfp fmic etc and trust me my 6 is pretty quick. Going full build this year with way bigger turbo that i have now on the car and im pretty excited to see what kind of beats it will become after all that

So I rebuilt the engine, added Corksport HPFP internals and a Corksport Stage II Short Ram Intake, and got the OTS+ tune from Freektune.

Everytime I drive my A3 it feels like it’s as fast the MS6. So today I went out in the MS6 and had someone else drive the A3 and we did pulls side by side starting in 2nd at approx. 2500 RPMs (up to maybe 70mph). They were basically the same speed.

It turns out I did have a boost leak when Freektune was doing the OTS+ revision. I don’t know how much it affected things, if any. But maybe there’s more leakage. I’m going to buy a boost leak tester (I don’t want to make one).

It seems to me even with even just modest upgrades and the OTS+ tune, the MS6 should be a bit faster than the A3…

A boost leak will affect power. Especially if tuned with one. Once the boost leak is fixed. You'll want a revision on the tune as it'll now run leaner than before.
