HPFP NOISE

Which is weird. If I loosen it the noise goes away and it runs fine ish. But if I really tighten it down that noise I originally posted comes back … it’s odd
 
Your PRV is on the end of the fuel rail sitting right below the HPFP. If it's failing and making noise it will sound like it could be coming from the HPFP.
