Issues after EGR delete/OEM injector replacement

So I bought some fresh serviced (new oem) injectors from CWTurbochargers and did an EGR delete (for some preventative maintenance) for my 2010 genpu and I'm having a couple issues. My fuel trims are way too low (-10 to -25) and I am getting a P0300 code random misfire code and once in a while I will get a P0172 code for running rich. These issues seem to only occur while idling and not cruising or regular driving. I ran a compression test that wasn't so great (185,155,150,185) but before doing the injectors and EGR, I never had any of these issues at all. I checked the typical culprits for these issues (cleaned maf, checked for loose clamps or hoses, replaced plugs with colder 0.026 gapped ones) and unfortunately the issue still persists.

I am tuned by Justin at freektune on 93 with the basic bolt ons (dp, tmic, intake, hpfp internals etc). My only other guess is that my tune learned the fuel tables on flawed/dirty injectors and now the new ones are injecting more fuel causing it to cut fuel % to compensate and potentially causing a misfire for a richer condition. Besides that, my car still pulls hard and seems to drive good but at idle is where it's seeming to have issues. I'd appreciate any advice on where else to go from here. Thanks in advance!

Did you do a smoke test? I know you said you checked for loose clamps but pressurizing the system and either smoke testing or spraying soapy water on all of the vacuum lines and clamps will give you a better indication of a leak. Did you replace the injector seals and intake manifold gasket? I would also look through your coil pack and injector harness for any wear or damage.

No I haven’t smoke tested yet so I’ll definitely give that a go. The new injectors came with ups graded seals that looked pretty much the same as the one you can get from corksport and I also did put on a new IM gasket.

Also smelling fuel on warm starts and usually takes a few times to crank over which never occurred before doing this. Anything else specific to check that can point me in the right direction?

Your new injectors are cleaner and the give more fuel, if you tuned with the old injectors then you may need to do a MAF re-calibration. Plus not all injectors are equal that is why we tune the cars, so for the same duty cycle these injectors probably provide a higher flow now.
Log a MAF cal log and send it to Justin and pay for a touch up tune, he will send you a new calibration and then will ask you to do a WOT log to check if all is OK
