Mazdaspeed whine

Got a whining sound in my 2007 MS3 GT. Car is fully warmed up, only whines while driving under load, approaching or at WOT load in all gears. Whines pitch does not increase or decrease. One coupler on the FMI popped off but that has been replaced with a new one + clamps, it pulls and boosts well. No CEL or codes. I think it could be exhaust related but I'm unsure.

It is the loudest from outside the vehicle. Any idea where to start looking or what it could be?
Mods:
FM Inter-cooler.
HID headlights.
Synapse DV running in full re-circulation
Digital boost gauge
Lowering springs + Struts
Drilled and slotted rotors + Carbon ceramic pads.
Full Turbo back exhaust with a res and cat
Car has 120k Miles on it.

I don't hear anything... Only thing I maybe hear is a tick but I think think that's the phone moving on the seat I'd take another video with a passenger holding the phone. Speaking
of things that tick you should really have upgraded hpfp internals big you're running an after market turbo back. As for mods let's you're running stock intake as well?
