MS3 Sparks One Time, Won't Start.

An oscilloscope is really expensive. If you have Forscan see if you can go to the data view for your sensors then see if it has a graph function.

Like I said before I doubt this is an issue if you aren't seeing a DTC for a crank/cam sensor. Those are type A DTC'S which set immediately upon an error occuring. If you have no code for that then I would look elsewhere
I'll look into Forscan this evening and see what I come up with. Based on what I have stated, do you have any suggestion as to where I should focus my attention?

Sig32 did you solve the issue? I am having the same problem currently.
 
There's also a guy on Facebook mazdaspeed group that's having the exact same problem with the exact same issues did you find a solution?

I dont know what it could be ive gone through all my looms over and over again just checking it out, im running out of ideas, on that post on facebook i was told if my valve cover is painted it will be making the cam sensor sit too high and the cam sensor cant get a pulse
