Muffler Replacement

Just diagnosed a rattle coming from the rear of the car. My muffler is broken inside. The stock replacement is really expensive so I might as well do an axel back or after market replacement. Any suggestions?

I want to avoid being too loud and sounding like a tractor. I’ve heard a few vids of cars that sound like that.

From the look of it, the stock axelback is one piece.

You could just roll to an exhaust shop and have them hack out and replace the stock muffler. Or use it as an excuse to get an entire new catback if that's your preference.

If the rest of your exhaust is stock, you'll have no issue with tractor noises, even if you simply delete the muffler...that's mostly when idiots straight pipe their cars. The stock cats and resonators, if still present, will do a lot of work for keeping things quiet.

Like sharks said, just pick an Axel back and go. Or take it to an exhaust shop and tell them what you want they can make one. Some people still have their stock exhausts you could buy one of those

Thanks for the input guys. Just ordered the UR axelback.
