Multiple Cylinder Misfire...

Posting for a friend but here is what we got. 06 Speed 6 with like it says a misfire on multiple cylinders but car is running ok. Checked plug gap, ohmed out coils, all good. Will get codes from him shortly but looking for a next step to check before we start thinking ECU.
Car has:
Cobb AP - GTX3071 - Exhaust

So update, when he gets on the throttle, it def misfires.
