[SOLVED] Need help wont go over 4500rpm

Cleaned sensor still no start or signal from the crank sensor. So as assuming its the crank sensor itself that went bad. I would assume they can and do go bad as i had figured as much it was sensor as thats what the scan tool tells me

I have had other vehicles where the crank sensor have went bad so i personally know they do go bad. The wiring and plug are all fine looking so i would assume it is the sensor beings thats all the scan tool is picking up

No i just stated that i have not. I will attempt that but i also got a sensor from local parts store

Your post only said that you inspected the wiring and plug that's why I wanted to check

Issue solved. I still need to do tdc then count 20 teeth..but old sensor was at a spot i could line the new sensor up at basically same spot. The car starts and has full rpm now. Once tge peg comes ill redo the crank position sensor specs..
Thank you all for your advice

Row 189 your AFR tanks along with your HPFP pressure. Leading up to that you have some knock in the 5 range from row 178 until you are at 4130 RPM in row 189.

I'd look at bad fuel to start, considering you said this problem comes and goes. Do you have any E-85 near you?
Crank position sensor issue. Cars fixed and goes full rpm now
