Needed mods for bigger turbo

I’ve decided to buy a bnr s3 v4 to try and get ahead of the stock turbo failing on my 2010 MS3, but I’ve traditionally been more of a Ford guy so I’m not entirely sure what supporting mods I NEED to make the new turbo work. Maximizing power isn’t as much of a priority as the Alaskan winters don’t really work well with lots of power. I’ve seen a lot of different answers as to what is actually needed, so I wanted to see if I could get a more complete answer. So far I have:

Cobb Accessport + Boost control solenoid
Corksport turboback exhaust
Injen SP short ramIntake
Mishimoto turbo inlet pipe
Turbosmart plumb back BPV
Autotech HPFP internals
E-tune

I’ve also seen people saying an oil catch can is necessary, as well as colder spark plugs, but those are less common. I’m thinking I should be able to get away with the stock intercooler for now. Am I missing anything?

Thanks! (Hopefully this is in the right place)

If the car is tuned responsibly, prolly only need a new intake -> turbo coupler.

Add a pcv plate with that OCC.

Corksport stage II intake is a short ram and turbo inlet pipe. Well designed unit. It will work with the s3 inlet size, 2.36".

Cork sport intake is the most restrictive stock sized intake would not recommend.

To run the bnr S3 you needed:
Hpfp internals, 3 port ebcs, should work with injeen intake but I'd recommend a 3" one piece intake. Accessport + tune.

That's all you need
Should have: 3 bar map sensor and adaptor (Bosch) If going further with mods

OCC with damond PCV plate is a great thing and will help save your intake valves 10/10 would recommend.

I'd also recommend an upgraded downpipe doesn't have to be turbo back. I'd going turbo back probably want to upgrade tmic or to Fmic to take advantage of it and yes with q step colder plugs at this time. As for colder plugs up probably worth it on S3, tuner would be best person to advise for your mods at tune time.

If it were me when my k04 goes my list would be as follows:
BNR S3, 3" intake, hpfp internals, 3 bar map sensor, 3 port ebcs, Downpipe and CPE or ETS tmic.

Yes OCC / EGR delete is great here too.

Upon research, you are right. That sucks worse than it blows! Cuz I have one. Good on my K04. It was a recommended intake...10+ years ago I guess.
