Just installed a new bnr s3. Working through the tuning process. First revision it made 19.22 psi. Just changed to a 3.5" jbr intake also. Anyone else running this turbo think it's super quiet? Also dosnt make near as much power as my factory turbo did spiking 22 psi tuned.

Who is tuning you and how many revisions have you gotten
Justin at Freaktune. Basemap and 1 revision so far. It just dosnt sound like it's doing anything. Lol.

it wouldn't be much at all yet. I'm reading your post as you changed intakes after the base map which Justin would have accounted for if you told him meaning rev 1 is basically another base map. you probably won't hear it wake up until rev 2 or 3.
I'm tuned by freektune I can say I trust Justin explicitly ( and would also recommend will @PD). that being said if Justin thinks there's an issue he'll identify it, and send you to look into a problem perhaps with mso help if needed.
when you send logs back these are the kinds of comments I'd also put in the email with the logs so he can address them for you. you're welcome to upload the logs here if you want but I'd wait for the next revision or 2 to see what's what as your tune is no where near complete.

The intake was done at the same time as the turbo. I may have worded that poorly. Thanks for the input. I didn't mention how quiet it was to him, forgot then figured I would search around and see if anyone else had the same thoughts. He tuned me with my previous turbo also. Didn't wanna email him after I sent the logs or it may prolong the process. Lol
