Hey guys, I've owned my 2008 Ms3 since 2015 and have been on the facebook groups, but am new to the forum. My car just rolled over 110k miles and previous owner had the engine built at 42k, then when i purchased it at 48k it unfortunately needed another rebuild. Basic internals consist of keyed crank, carrillo rods, manley 87.5mm pistons, bsd, etc... the head was rebuilt to oem spec, but other than that it just has your basic bolt-ons including a bnr s4-v2. it has had tons of different fueling tunes by hypnotic, including 93, 93/meth, and e33. most power it has seen is mid 400's on 93/meth on a gtx3071r.

i am currently in a bind. I recently purchased overspeed injector seals along with new injectors to replace my current injectors and seals that i have been running e33 on for the past 1.5 years. The injectors pulled out like butter (used the corksport injector puller) but the seals are stuck in the head. I'm fairly certain that the previous owner installed cpe seals and installed them using RTV. Any ideas to try to get these things out? TIA

This is above my pay grade. Welcome! Happy to see an east coast speed3.

Try a pick. Go in, pull out. Some pb blaster will help I think.

I've tried a scribe, but not PB blaster. I've heard that acetone may be able to eat the rtv, so i am going to try that today. but pb blaster will be the backup attempt. thanks!

Yep. Use a pipe extractor as mentioned in the link above.

Welcome to MSO! You should be able to get those Injector seals with the method mentioned above. Let us know how it works out.
