New to the Mazdaspeed3 world — need help choosing

Hey everyone, I’m pretty new to the Mazdaspeed3 scene and looking to pick one up soon. I’ve got two 2012 Speed3s I’m eyeing, both at a similar price point and with some solid mods already done.

Just curious which one you’d lean toward, and what I should keep an eye out for when I check them out in person.
