Whenever I'm driving with ac on I notice a surge in power or like an acceleration whenever ac compressor switches on. Most of the time it feels like it jolts the whole car other times its less aggressive while cruising on the highway . I usually feel it jerk the car while accelerating through the gears and as soon as the compressor switches on the car will launch forward( as if I stepped on the pedal harder) for a second then go back to normal. I have noticed this since I installed my downpipe and PMM and I don't remember it doing it prior. I have heard the motor mounts may be at fault so I have changed both to stock mounts to see if it changed anything and it had not effect. I have also swapped tunes and checked and fixed an vacuum leaks and that had no effect either. Could it possibly be a slipping serpentine belt or one of my ac lines is messed up? I have honestly have been trying to figure this out for a while.
