Overfueling issue

Hi guys
I recently had vvt timing chain done and I had vaccum leaks and a downpipe gasket failed
but ive been putting a few miles on car to get onto ltft and car is running rich I get a fair bit of black soot and occasionally backfire out of exhaust on pull away smell of unburnt fuel and sports cat smells terrible, once I get on the power the issue goes away, it's just first gear on pull away
I'm tuned on versatune custom map

Any pointers ??
 
Yeah leaks all fixed now but issue still remains, car was tuned with the issues my thinking is car is running rich due to being tuned with the extra air from leaks, now it's been corrected cars now getting bogged down with fuel low down.
Just wanted a few opinions so I know I'm on the right track
 
When you say overfuel what are you AFRs and injector duty sitting at when this occurs? I don't know your tuning experience, but if you're running rich it could need a touch-up on that tune
