trying to help a friend figure out how to squash a po245 code swapped out to a brand new cs 3 port in interrupt mode brand new vacuum lines and the plug has 12v key on and has continuity to ground at a loss on what could be wrong

Check your wiring, chase that power wire to the PCM. That's a circuit low code so usually no power or bad connection. Was the code there before the 3 port swap?

Code has been there intermittently and it has just became permanent so I swapped the ebcs and it didn’t change it. If I have power and ground to the plug
