Possible Accessport killing cam sensor

Concern: When accessport is married the car will crank no start and kills cam sensor
DTC's: 0340 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Modifications: cobb sf intake unknown turbo inlet pipe
ECU/Tuning Software: Accessport V3
Tuner: no pro tune just stage 1 ots
Is the concern intermittent? no
Can you duplicate the concern? yes
Recent Repairs: engine swapped from my 2010 ms3 181k head rebuilt at 156k
Correction:
 
I have not found this out while finishing the motor swap the car started then when i married and flashed code came up and no start i can try it in the next few days
 
Stage 0 causes no problem and going to stage 1 from 0 either but I wanted to make sure I wasn't being a idiot i unmarried again and went straight to stage 1 and it killed the cam sensor again idk why when I go direct it causes a problem but not from stage 0
 
that's a peculiar function, having to reflash is not unheard of but that's a new one for me. I wonder if the stage 1 is corrupted on the AP. I'd definitely contact Cobb and see what they say you could always try putting a fresh stage 1 on the AP.
