Possible throttle body issue

Koeo throttle position just reads 0 no matter what. At idle though it will open to 60%

I've been busy and haven't been able to do anything with the car recently. I'm going to get a datalog up up tonight if you wouldn't mind looking at it.

Would a 2nd gear pull be enough? And are there any specific things I should log without just logging everything so it's not too cluttered.

Idle and second would be a start too look at things sure.

Log these:
Accelerator pedal position,
AFR
Boost
Boost air temp
Calculated load
HPFP actual
Injector duty cycle %
Intake temp
Intake valve adv
Knock Retard
LTFT
Maf Voltage
Mass Airflow
RPM
STFT
Spark Advance
Throttle Position
Vehice Speed
WGDC

The idle log was done after letting the car warm-up for a few minutes and then the pull right after. My current mods are Autotech hpfp internals, jbr SRI/TIP, and a custom CBE with a Magnaflow straight-through muffler. Currently on the stock tune as well. I get an on and off p2006 code usually when it's cold for VTCS stuck closed but have for a while and never had issues. The shop I went to also said I had p0101 stored but the cel was off at the time. I had this before with a cel and replaced the MAF sensor because of it but it changed nothing.

Bump! I'm experiencing the same issues, and symptoms
I have replaced the throttle body, checked and cleaned all the grounds, and my TB will only open at WOT to about 30-50% with some variation.
the new TB was cleaned prior to install.

Map targets or dbw throttle targets seems to clear this up for me when I turn cars up. Years later but I too had this problem. went through my spare parts and nothing changed till I got into those tables. I also ruined a throttle body by moving it when it was off. No idea why its just my luck I guess.
